You will bridge executive leadership, market leaders, client service teams, and delivery personnel to expand advisory, PMO, CIP, and owner's representative services across sectors. You will mentor teams, develop scalable tools and governance, oversee high-value programs, and drive growth with new and existing clients while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications (PE, PMP, PgMP, CCM, DBIA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight and advisory support for high-profile programs.
• Drive growth of enterprise PMO, CIP, and owner's representative services.
• Develop scalable governance models and repeatable tools across markets.
• Evaluate program performance, scheduling, risk, and financial management.
• Lead business development and client engagement for major program opportunities.
• Mentor and develop teams responsible for program execution.
