Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive industry experience.
• Strong strategic mindset with growth and delivery excellence.
• Deep understanding of Business Practice operations and market needs.
• Demonstrated financial management experience with solid P&L comprehension.
• Persuasive, articulate communicator—effective in one-on-one, teams, and large groups.
• High energy, results-oriented leader who can influence across all levels.
• Strong ability to manage confidential information, resolve issues quickly, and drive initiatives to completion.
• Proven relationship builder skilled in motivating teams and fostering cross-organizational collaboration.
• Professional licensure or equivalent professional experience.

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the business practice.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality projects, managing standards, QA, and client satisfaction.
• Provide full P&L oversight, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Strengthen project management excellence across the practice.
• Align staffing with backlog and workload projections for effective execution.
• Champion collaboration across practices and markets to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate program management, documentation, standards, and reporting tools.
• Support business development and market growth through proposals and client engagement.
