CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager Practice Leader to provide enterprise-level leadership across our PMCM Team in Albany, NY; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; or Miami, FL.

This role directs program delivery, nurtures client partnerships, and oversees business performance to align strategy with execution and profitability. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive industry experience, a strong strategic mindset, and proven financial management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive industry experience.
• Strong strategic mindset with growth and delivery excellence.
• Deep understanding of Business Practice operations and market needs.
• Demonstrated financial management with P&L comprehension.
• Persuasive communicator with ability to influence across levels.
• Professional licensure or equivalent experience.
• Relationship builder with cross-organizational collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing Owner's Representation & Project Management team.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the practice.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality projects with QA and client satisfaction.
• Provide full P&L oversight and manage budgets and metrics.
• Strengthen PM excellence across the practice, including scope, schedule, cost control, risk.
• Align staffing with backlog and workload projections.
• Champion collaboration across practices and markets.
• Support program management documentation and reporting tools.
• Assist in proposals, client engagement, and pursuit strategy development.
