Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Program Management Lead to steer some of the company's most visible enterprise programs.

You will manage across multiple cross-functional work streams, keep them aligned, on track, and moving forward, reporting to the PMO leader and translating complexity into actionable plans. This enterprise-support PMO role involves leading data acquisitions, new customer onboardings, and corporate initiatives, while coordinating with US onshore and India offshore teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple cross-functional work streams simultaneously.
• Strong tracking, reporting, and risk-management discipline.
• Excellent communication with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead independently and rally teams to solve problems.
• Comfort working amid ambiguity with high ownership.
• Executive presence with senior leaders.
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office.
• Experience with Mission Control (Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align multiple cross-functional work streams across programs, keeping them coordinated and on track
• Own tracking, reporting, and proactive risk management across your programs
• Communicate clearly and consistently with customers and senior leaders
• Partner across Central Delivery, Customer Onboarding (COI), Customer Partner, Product, and HR teams
• Support enterprise initiatives including data acquisitions, new customer onboardings, and corporate programs
• Coordinate closely with onshore (US) and offshore (India) teammates
• Anticipate roadblocks and solve problems collaboratively instead of just flagging them
• Contribute to R1’s push to enable new AI-driven tools and processes
