Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years leading complex enterprise programs or cross-functional transformation work.
• Experience with globally distributed teams and regulated/compliance environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs with enterprise visibility and measurable outcomes.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans, governance routines, and ownership models.
• Define success measures, connect plans to business value, and track benefits realization.
• Establish executive-level artifacts, dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics for informed decision-making.
• Identify, assess, raise, and drive resolution of risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
• Facilitate governance forums, leadership reviews, and decision-making to promote timely resolution and accountability.
• Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority by clarifying scope, sequencing, and trade-offs.
• Mature standards, tools, data analysis, and reporting practices while mentoring less experienced team members.
• Own program outcomes by aligning delivery plans with business objectives and executive metrics.
