Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to shape strategic planning, governance, and delivery across the enterprise. This role drives maturity, standardization, and executive reporting while balancing structure and agility to achieve measurable business outcomes.

You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and advance the delivery operating model, ensuring data quality and efficient, scalable workflows across complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technical Program Management, PMO, Delivery Excellence, or related enterprise roles.
• 5+ years leading enterprise delivery governance and PMO capability functions.
• Proven track record improving delivery maturity via standards and measurement.
• Deep understanding of delivery methodologies and lifecycle management.
• Experience implementing enterprise delivery platforms and dashboards.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and executive engagement.
• Ability to influence without direct authority in evolving environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; PMP/SAFe/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise delivery operating model with governance standards and rhythms.
• Lead delivery maturity by assessing practices, closing gaps, and driving improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of standards, tools, and reporting.
• Define strategy for enterprise reporting, insights, and executive dashboards.
• Lead platform lifecycle management including enhancements, migrations, and retirement.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve data quality and automation.
• Build and lead a Delivery Excellence team with clear priorities and standards.
