Job summary

Las Vegas Sands Corp. seeks a Sr Project Manager – IT to lead diverse teams across the organization, delivering projects aligned with enterprise technology strategies. You will develop requirements, define scope, create detailed plans, and manage risks while engaging C-level stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, budget and schedule control, and the ability to navigate a multi-national environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8 years IT industry or equivalent technical experience.
• 8-10 years of project management experience with at least 5 years leading technology projects.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and advanced PM tools knowledge.
• Familiar with cyber security and cloud platforms; PMP/ITIL beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own the project through its lifecycle from identification to closure.
• Lead teams to deliver scope on budget and schedule with stakeholder updates.
• Create and maintain charter, funding requests, BRDs, schedules and status reports.
• Identify and manage scope changes via change control processes.
• Communicate across multi-cultural teams and executives to drive IT strategy.
