Aristocrat is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Global Strategy Delivery team in Nevada. You will support the execution of group-wide strategic initiatives, perform financial analyses, and track outcomes to drive business success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, corporate transformations or similar analytical roles with emphasis on Program Management.
• Strong academic background in finance, business, economics, or related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage with team members at all levels.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn with a low-ego, team-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize actions.
• Deep experience in program management, including managing complex program delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing processes, tools, and templates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing group-wide strategic initiatives and projects.
• Perform financial and commercial analysis to guide business decisions.
• Drive, assist, and support with the management and tracking of project achievements and outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions to help drive initiatives forward.
• Prepare clear, high-quality presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Work with key collaborators to define, plan, complete, and govern pivotal initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Identify and manage risks and issues effectively.
• Deliver initiatives on time, within budget, and to required performance metrics.
• Meet business value and financial targets set forth for initiatives.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress, status, and risk management.
• Conduct research and develop systems to facilitate central initiative progress.
