Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure in Las Vegas is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to shape enterprise portfolio management and strategic delivery. You will set standards, govern processes, and provide executives with reliable dashboards and insights.

You will build and lead the Enablement & Excellence team, translate requirements into scalable workflows, and drive automation while reducing manual effort. The role requires 10+ years in TPM and strong executive presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or enterprise PMO.
• 5+ years leading governance, operating model, or portfolio management in large organizations.
• Experience defining delivery platforms and leading implementations or retirements.
• Strong knowledge of program lifecycle governance and operational excellence.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
• Preferred: experience with Microsoft 365, Jira, Power BI, or similar enterprise tech.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise delivery operating model with governance standards.
• Set direction for delivery tools and platforms and drive their adoption and retirement.
• Establish delivery data and reporting strategy with executive dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable workflows, data structures, and reports.
• Simplify workflows, reduce manual reporting, and expand automation.
• Lead Enablement & Excellence team with clear accountability.
