You’ll partner with leaders to redesign processes, drive measurable results, and enable technology-enabled improvements.

The role combines process improvement, change management, data analysis, and project leadership with expert stakeholder engagement and governance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in process improvement, analytics, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable results.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (see above).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives from assessment through implementation and sustainment.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, recommendations, performance measures, and implementation plans.
• Advise leaders on operational challenges and improvement opportunities aligned with organizational priorities.
• Partner with Information Technology and business teams to improve systems, automate workflows, and support process digitization and AI.
• Analyze operational, financial, customer, and workforce data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, training, and change management activities to support adoption.
• Manage project scope, risks, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and expected benefits across departments.
• Develop and execute change governance and continuous improvement practices.
