Job summary

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in operational excellence and enterprise process management.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs delivering measurable financial and operational impact.
• Strong analytical capability to analyze performance metrics and drive data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise performance frameworks with KPIs and performance data.
• Own a portfolio of Lean Six Sigma and transformation programs aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Establish standards for process architecture, mapping, and future-state design; document current-state processes.
• Conduct capacity and demand analysis to identify bottlenecks and risks across workflows.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma-based improvement initiatives and quantify benefits.
• Partner with Process Owners and leaders to prioritize opportunities based on value, feasibility, and risk.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and delivery teams to implement improvements and deliver measurable value.
• Define and deliver executive dashboards and performance reporting; monitor results for sustained gains.
• Provide coaching in continuous improvement and flow optimization to teams.
