Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Process & Systems Enablement to optimize business processes and ensure technology delivers measurable value.

You will lead a team of Systems Analysts handling Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, Esker PO Reader, IVR, and related tools, acting as the bridge between Operations and IT. The role focuses on standardizing processes, enabling automation, and delivering performance improvements through data insights, governance, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years leading business process improvement or technology enablement initiatives.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP/CRM and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation, governance, and continuous improvement of Order Management and related processes.
• Own the systems enablement and support for critical business applications.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure performance and impact.
• Coach and develop a team of Systems Analysts; prioritize objectives and allocate resources.
• Partner with IT to define requirements, test solutions, and drive implementation.
• Drive automation and data-enabled initiatives to improve productivity and scale.
