ClearStar, Inc. is seeking an Operations Excellence Analyst to drive enterprise process improvement by documenting how work gets done, standardizing performance measurement, and partnering with business units company-wide.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or operations excellence.
Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and data analysis.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Document current-state processes across the enterprise and identify opportunities for standardization.
Gather, validate and document business requirements for cross-functional initiatives.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and root causes for improvement.
Develop enterprise process standards, playbooks, and documentation.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with technology teams to translate improvements into initiatives.
Track outcomes and report on efficiency, quality, and cost impact.
