Job summary

Quantum Work Advisory, a dynamic subsidiary of Allegis Group, seeks a Business Process Consultant to lead enterprise analysis and design sessions that deliver scalable future-state processes for clients. You will partner with technical and functional experts to ensure holistic solutions.

You will also own change-management materials, document test results, and drive continuous improvement to accelerate client success within the Allegis network.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in a client program or MSP.
• Two to four years of VMS experience.
• Four or more years of implementation or project experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise analysis sessions to gather requirements and design future-state processes.
• Recommend best practices and process efficiencies leveraging technology and market trends.
• Liaise across project teams to ensure solutions meet all workstream requirements.
• Draft and own all process documentation and change management materials.
• Identify and deploy process improvement strategies to enhance methodology.
