Job summary

Quantum Work Advisory, a dynamic unit of Allegis Group, seeks an Engagement Manager to lead complex projects across the portfolio. You will sponsor engagements, manage client relationships at senior levels, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet contractual goals.

You will guide project work plans, resource assignments, and risk mitigation while maintaining alignment with strategic business outcomes. Strong communication and a growth mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale engagements or programs.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships at senior levels.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with design thinking, agile or consulting methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the sponsor for QWA projects and act as the face of QWA to clients.
• Manage program-wide issues, escalation points, and ensure projects stay within scope.
• Oversee multiple projects and indirect people management across all workstreams.
• Monitor scope and cost, coordinate resources, and align with senior management and stakeholders.
• Advise leadership on project status, risks, and course corrections.
• Maximize gross profit while controlling schedule and scope to avoid GP leakage.
