Job summary

Quantum Work Advisory, a subsidiary of Allegis Group, is seeking a Senior Consultant to advise on Extended Workforce strategy, operating models, and program optimization. You will partner with senior Procurement, HR, Talent, and IT leaders to assess programs and build actionable roadmaps.

You will apply design thinking, stay current on trends, and help translate complex workforce challenges into structured solutions. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Extended Workforce, MSP, services procurement, consulting, or related domains.
• Demonstrated client-facing consulting experience delivering assessments and advisory engagements.
• Experience with VMS platforms and Extended Workforce technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead client advisory engagements focused on Extended Workforce strategy and transformation.
• Apply design thinking methodologies to assess current-state programs and define future-state solutions.
• Design and facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to validate findings and align on direction.
• Prepare and present executive-level recommendations, insights, and decision materials.
• Design future-state operating models including governance structures and funding approaches.
• Identify opportunities to improve workforce visibility, compliance, cost management and experience.
