Job summary

Quantum Work Advisory, a dynamic subsidiary of Allegis Group, seeks a consulting professional to support client-facing advisory engagements and design future-state solutions for talent acquisition and Extended Workforce programs. You will work under senior consultants to define problems, design services, and present insights to HR and business leaders.

Hybrid role with offices in key locations; travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in management consulting, HR advisory, talent acquisition, Extended Workforce, MSP/RPO, services procurement, or related domains.
Demonstrated experience supporting client-facing discovery, workshops, and solution design engagements.
Understanding of talent acquisition operations, Extended Workforce programs, and enabling technologies including VMS platforms.
Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Support client-facing advisory engagements from initiation through delivery and closure under senior consultant direction.
Apply structured consulting problem-solving to diagnose business challenges and contribute to practical, value-driven solutions.
Support discovery, assessment, and solution design activities across talent acquisition and Extended Workforce processes.
Assist in preparing executive-ready insights, recommendations, and decision materials for senior HR and business leaders.
