Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Business Transformation Process Architect to lead end-to-end process design and governance across brands and functions. The role focuses on harmonization, standardized operating models, and SAP Signavio implementation to enable a scalable enterprise transformation.

The position supports ERP transformation initiatives, aligns data standards, and ensures traceability from process decisions to system design, with a flexible hybrid work model requiring 3 in-person

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise business process design or large-scale ERP/transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional end-to-end process harmonization across complex organizations.
• Experience in the retail and/or grocery industry, with multi-banner or multi-brand exposure.
• Experience implementing SAP Signavio or similar enterprise process intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design future-state, end-to-end processes across domains, ensuring harmonization across brands and functions.
• Govern and maintain enterprise process standards, taxonomy, naming conventions, and lifecycle management.
• Own deployment and adoption of SAP Signavio as the standard for process modeling and governance.
• Maintain a centralized enterprise process repository with traceability and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with data and technology leads to align processes with data models and system design.
• Provide executive guidance and mentor process owners and analysts across the program.
