Job summary

Wolters Kluwer CT Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to drive strategy, design and implementation of new or upgraded customer-facing and internal platforms and processes. You will advise senior management, lead cross-functional teams, and translate business goals into detailed requirements and project plans.

The role emphasizes process re-engineering, deployment readiness, and ongoing support across Sales, Service, Fulfillment, Product Management, Finance and Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT or related field or 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience eliciting and documenting clear functional requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate needs into system requirements.
• Experience in process improvement and participating in SDLC (Agile/SAFe, Waterfall).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, definition and design of complex platforms and processes to improve revenue and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams; advisor to senior management; act as Voice of the Field.
• Translate investment cases into business requirements and create use cases.
• Guide production transition, QA, UAT, and post-deployment support.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget and risk; escalate when needed.
