Job summary

Bluebird is seeking a post-sales leader to own enterprise accounts from signing to live adoption. You will sit between customers and engineering, building real solutions on our platform using APIs, SDKs, and AI to drive meaningful product adoption across global teams.

You’ll shape the post-sales function from zero, collaborating with customers to ensure retention and expansion while aligning with our long-tenured team. Fully remote with CST/EST overlap.

Qualifications

• Experience owning enterprise accounts end-to-end (signed to live) and driving adoption.
• Ability to write SQL against real databases and build API integrations.
• Proficiency with scripting or lightweight automation to solve customer needs.
• Experience building dashboards or data visualizations customers rely on.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and onboarding for enterprise accounts.
• Drive product adoption and ensure contracts translate to active usage.
• Own the technical relationship and bridge to engineering.
• Build solutions on extensions framework using APIs, SDKs, and AI tools.
• Manage stakeholders across teams, countries, and reorgs.
• Grow accounts through retention and expansion.
