Job summary

Pearson Clinical Assessment is seeking a highly strategic and customer-focused Principal, Portfolio Management to lead the successful implementation, adoption, growth, and ongoing management of our Digital Assessment Library enterprise accounts.

This role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Training, Operations, Marketing, and Clinical teams to deliver exceptional results and strategic value for large institutional customers across education, healthcare, and government markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships.
• Financial acumen with ROI assessment and business cases.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program lead for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executive sponsors, administrators, and key decision-makers.
• Lead account planning activities to support customer success, retention, and growth.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation and onboarding of enterprise customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for timely and successful program delivery.
• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and adoption metrics.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support renewal planning and long-term account strategy development.
• Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify trends, market opportunities, and customer needs.
