Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least six years in Compliance and/or financial services.
• Ability to draft, review, and edit policy documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with policy owners to develop, review, update, and maintain enterprise policies.
• Coordinate policy lifecycle activities including drafting, review, and publication.
• Facilitate stakeholder review processes to ensure appropriate input.
• Prepare materials for governance committees and Board review.
• Support policy publication and communicate substantive changes to associates.
• Maintain governance records, metrics, and reporting for oversight.
• Collaborate to identify policy gaps and support updates due to changes.
