Job summary

GHS Federal Credit Union is seeking a Director of the PMO to build and scale the enterprise project management function under the CEO. This builder role creates the PMO from scratch, establishes governance, standards, and a portfolio view to enable rapid execution of strategic initiatives.

Reporting to the CEO, you will partner with IT, Finance, Operations, Lending and Member Experience to sequence work, optimize resources, and drive disciplined execution across the organization while growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience, including PMO leadership.
• Experience building or scaling a PMO within a growing organization.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise PMO including governance, standards, and portfolio reporting.
• Develop and maintain the project portfolio roadmap aligned to strategic pillars.
• Lead change management for major transformations and partner with leaders.
• Build and mentor a PMO team to support growth and scale.
• Represent PMO in board reporting and strategic planning.
