The role emphasizes process improvement, documentation, and cross-functional training to enhance the PMO and support external audits.

Responsibilities

• Align projects to the organization’s strategic roadmap and annual goals.
• Collaborate with EVPs to develop and administer the organizational communication system.
• Draft and update project management governance docs and SOPs annually.
• Oversee resources, capacity, and the project portfolio budget.
• Define ROI and business case for strategic initiatives and lookback processes.
• Manage active and archived project documentation; support evaluations and audits.
• Recommend improvements to PMO governance and methodology; identify blockers to goals.
• Administer PMO systems and executive dashboards; maintain PMO information management system.
• Design surveys, collect data, analyze quality, and produce trend reports.
• Review project documentation as required; assist with audits.
• Deliver presentations on the PMO portfolio and contribute to roadmaps and knowledge expansion.
• Update Initiatives and CS measures to keep the information system current for staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with other credit unions and share non-proprietary information.
• Provide PMO training to staff and prepare reports for external auditors.
• Remote work may be required occasionally; ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/AML/CFT/MIP/OFAC policies and regulations.
