Qualifications

• 8+ years of people management, incl. multiple teams and managers.

Responsibilities

• Apply strategy-execution practices to align budgets, roadmaps, and goals.
• Own tiered governance with executive leadership and initiative teams.
• Advise on enterprise prioritization, investments, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Strengthen capacity planning and align with finance for budgets.
• Maintain enterprise portfolio view: dashboard, dependencies, commitments.
• Lead adoption of governance as value-driven, not merely compliant.
• Develop leadership in PMO, set objectives, allocate resources.
• Act as trusted advisor on execution health and risks for leadership.
