Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing Project Managers or similar customer-facing technical teams.
• Strong analytical skills with forecasting, cost management, or program financials.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, production scheduling, and cross-department coordination.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills; able to lead meetings, deliver clear direction, and present forecast or cost data confidently.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple workstreams and tight deadlines.
• Collaborative but assertive - able to drive accountability across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAM team and customer interfaces.
• Develop CAMs who interface with customers.
• Expedite internal activities to meet customer expectations.
• Validate scheduling, forecasting, and production data for accuracy.
• Drive product flow and project lifecycle for assigned customers.
• Coach team with performance expectations and feedback.
• Align with PMO standards and enterprise practices.
• Maintain facility forecast.
• Manage monthly forecast: orders, revenue, invoicing.
• Report forecast accuracy, risks, recovery plans, and drivers.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Scheduling for forecast integrity.
• Align outputs with PMR expectations.
• Lead Planning & Scheduling Team.
• Oversee releases and work order routing.
• Coordinate schedules across departments.
• Ensure ERP updates and accuracy.
• Print and distribute release packages.
• Maintain disciplined scheduling cadence.
• Ensure ERP data integrity and timely schedule updates.
• Oversee PMO: reviews for margins and schedules.
• Conduct EAC reviews for cost forecasts.
• Manage cost build-ups with historical/current data.
• Hold regular reviews; monitor EAC, adjust margins, report findings.
• Ensure cost studies meet financial expectations.
