Job summary

Branch is seeking a senior forecasting and planning professional to own Enterprise/B2B channel demand planning and cross-functional alignment. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Product to translate pipeline signals into accurate forecasts and strategic plans.

In this salaried role, you’ll build and automate forecast workflows, design planning cadences, and apply AI and BigQuery tooling to speed analysis.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or merchandising planning.
• Experience in B2B/non-DTC planning is a strong asset.
• Ability to think strategically and influence upstream planning beyond execution.

Responsibilities

• Own Enterprise/B2B channel forecasting and planning with Sales and Account Management.
• Lead higher-level forecasting methodology and assumptions across channels (DTC, Enterprise, Amazon, Wholesale).
• Build and maintain data pipelines and automate recurring forecasting workflows.
• Represent planning in cross-functional forecast reviews with Sales, Finance, and Product.
• Partner with Product Development on NPI forecasting and lifecycle management.
• Drive process improvements for forecasting models and planning cadences.
• Provide ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions.
