Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise scheduling governance and master scheduling standards.
• Direct MIS integration into scheduling and logistics workflows.
• Partner with scheduling/logistics to align yearbook planning and delivery.
• Lead product-to-plant mapping and enterprise continuous improvement.
• Develop executive dashboards for capacity, bottlenecks, and service levels.
• Ensure optimization aligns with MIS/ERP upgrades and automation opportunities.
• Support cross-functional executive reviews and KPI development.
• Develop capital plan and performance standards for enterprise planning.
