Job summary

Symphony Solutions in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Product Manager with deep Payroll domain expertise to lead end-to-end product development in a hybrid work setting. You will collaborate with Pre-Builders, UX designers, architects, and developers to shape payroll capabilities, ensure compliance, and optimize cost efficiency.

You will drive technical solutioning, define roadmaps, and align stakeholders across engineering and business teams while leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate discovery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Payroll domain.
• 3–5 years as an enterprise B2B Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, or implementation/service consultant.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Working knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts, APIs, system integrations, data flows, and modern cloud-based product development.
• Experience in Agile product development environments.
• Experience with AI-enabled product development tools or development lifecycle practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrum: align with teams to understand responsibilities, identify issues, resolve dependencies, and set priorities.
• Technical Solutioning & Architecture: drive solutioning, translate requirements into scalable solutions, evaluate trade-offs.
• Pre-Builder & AI-DLC: operate as a Pre-Builder within AI-enabled development lifecycle to accelerate discovery and prototyping.
• Product Vision & Roadmap: document and prioritize features and user stories for payroll capabilities.
• Collaboration & Partnership: build alliances across multiple teams to drive innovation and outcomes.
• Metrics: measure product effectiveness, define success metrics, report outcomes, and use data to drive priorities.
• Alignment: communicate decisions to stakeholders and defend recommendations.
