Qualifications

• Three or more years mortgage banking experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ACH Operations, Wire Operations or Enterprise Payments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert and perform daily operational processes.
• Support new system and process implementation and workflow.
• Research specialized problems and take action to correct.
• Lead in process improvement ideas and documentation.
• Collaborate with mortgagors, investors, and vendors as needed.
