Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years mortgage banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of loan operations and regulatory guidelines (RESPA, OCC, CFPB).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with ACH Operations, Wire Operations, Enterprise Payment Settlement or TMIO.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert and perform daily operational processes.
• Supports new system and process implementation and workflow.
• Researches specialized problems and takes corrective actions.
• Leads in process improvement ideas and documentation.
• Partners with internal colleagues, mortgagors, investors, and vendors.
• Establishes knowledge base of current policies, procedures and practices.
• Participates in creation and maintenance of procedures.
• Builds test scripts, manages testing and reporting of system enhancements.
• Gathers, documents and updates business requirements and maps workflows.
• Executes other duties as assigned.
