Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Three or more years mortgage banking experience.
• Black Knight MSP Experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of loan operations and compliance/regulatory guidelines (RESPA, OCC and CFPB).
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• ACH Operations, Wire Operations, Enterprise Payment Settlement or TMIO experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert and perform daily operational processes as assigned.
• Supports new system and process implementation and workflow.
• Researches specialized problems and takes action to correct.
• Leads in process improvement ideas and documentation.
• Partners with internal colleagues, mortgagors, investors, and vendors depending on current assignments.
• Establishes knowledge base of current policies, procedures and practices for various departments.
• Participates in creation and maintenance of procedures for various departments.
• Builds test scripts, manages and implements testing and reporting of system enhancements.
• Involved in all aspects of projects, including documentation of project needs and gathering, documenting, and updating business requirements; reviewing workflow process mapping; developing testing strategies and executing tests; and implementing recommendations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
