Morpho is seeking a Senior Enterprise Partnerships Manager in New York, embedding within partner teams to drive revenue and loan growth through integration into product roadmaps. You will own flagship relationships, run quarterly reviews with executives, and map incentives to unlock expansion opportunities across jurisdictions, while spending substantial in-person time in New York.

Qualifications

• Experience navigating and selling into large organizations, including enterprise-facing roles.
• Strong ability to influence product roadmaps with a commercial case.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort in product metrics and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own relationship management for a flagship enterprise partner across PMs to executives.
• Run recurring meetings and quarterly reviews with the partner’s product and leadership teams.
• Make the business case for integrating Morpho loans to grow partner revenue and user value.
• Identify growth levers by analyzing product data and expanding into new jurisdictions or campaigns.
• Map incentives within the partner org to unlock decision-making and action.
• Spend substantial time in New York to deepen relationships across the organization.
