Morpho is seeking an Enterprise Accounts Lead (Remote, US) to bring neobanks, fintechs and exchanges onto Morpho. You own the full cycle from prospecting to go-live and ramp, serving as core infrastructure for partner ecosystems.

You will coordinate across Solutions, Product, Legal and Risk, build a multi-quarter pipeline, and close high-impact integrations that scale revenue and adoption.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience closing large GTM deals with wallets, exchanges, neobanks, or fintechs.
• Proven cross-team coordination with Solutions, Product, Legal and Risk.
• Ability to translate onchain lending concepts to crypto-native and TradFi teams.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a pipeline across key accounts (Stripe, Revolut, neobanks, exchanges) to position Morpho as core lending infrastructure.
• Coordinate internally across Solutions, Product, Legal and Risk to move deals forward.
• Close: manage requirements, structuring, negotiations and onboarding through go-live.
• Lead go-live and ramp; hand accounts to Growth after initial performance.
• Advocate Morpho product voice to align product and partnerships with customer needs.
