Job summary

Morpho is seeking an Enterprise Account role to bring major fintechs, neobanks and exchanges onto Morpho as core lending infrastructure. You will own the full cycle from prospecting to go-live and ramp, coordinating across Solutions, Product, Legal and Risk to close multi-million dollar deals.

The role emphasizes rapid deal closure, building executive relationships, and translating onchain lending concepts for traditional teams. Remote-first with US focus.

Qualifications

• +6 years of closing large integrations or GTM deals in fintech/crypto.
• Strong cross-team coordination across Solutions, Product, Legal and Risk.
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and earn trust.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of key accounts (e.g., fintechs, wallets, exchanges).
• Coordinate internally across Solutions, Product, Legal and Risk for each deal.
• Lead full commercial cycle: requirements, structuring, onboarding through go-live.
• Land and ramp new accounts and hand over to Growth after initial ramp.
• Translate onchain lending concepts for non-crypto teams and connect with Product/Partnerships.
