Job summary

Sales Focus Inc. is hiring an Outside Sales Representative on behalf of Vyv, a leader in antimicrobial lighting for pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturers. This consultative B2B role focuses on prospecting, relationship development, and long-term account expansion.

You will manage a pipeline, present Vyv’s technology, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to meet aggressive revenue goals while leveraging base pay plus uncapped commissions and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect and develop relationships.
• Strong consultative selling and presentation skills.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using a CRM; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Reliable and personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop relationships while building and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Identify key decision-makers across teams and conduct consultative discovery.
• Present Vyv's technology and value proposition to prospective customers.
• Develop relationships with multiple stakeholders within large enterprise accounts.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and activity information in CRM.
• Expand successful customer relationships across additional manufacturing facilities and locations.
• Consistently build pipeline and work toward sales and revenue goals.
