Sales Focus Inc. is recruiting Outside Sales Representatives to cover the Boston, MA market, targeting pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturers with antimicrobial lighting technology.

This consultative B2B sales role emphasizes prospecting, discovery, and long-term account development to drive revenue and client partnerships. You will manage a pipeline, present compelling value, and work toward aggressive targets in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to prospect and develop relationships
• Strong consultative selling and presentation skills
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using a CRM; HubSpot experience is a plus
• Reliable and personal transportation

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop relationships while building and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Identify key decision-makers across teams and conduct consultative discovery
• Present technology and value proposition to prospective customers
• Develop relationships with multiple stakeholders within large enterprise accounts
• Maintain accurate opportunity and activity information in CRM
• Expand successful customer relationships across locations and facilities
• Consistently build pipeline toward sales and revenue goals
