Freedom Technology Solutions Group seeks a Mission Outcome Lead (MOL) to provide senior technical leadership across a portfolio of mission-aligned enterprise systems. You will translate mission priorities into coordinated, technically executable outcomes, guiding Delivery Technical Leads and product teams through the full engineering lifecycle from requirements to modernization.

This role spans multiple products and teams within CMS and government environments.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in systems/software engineering, architecture, or delivery managing complex programs.
• Experience across full lifecycle from requirements to modernization.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple products, teams, and stakeholders.
• Translate mission objectives into actionable technical activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical integration and delivery lead across multiple products and teams.
• Maintain a systems-level view of architectures, interfaces, data flows, and environments.
• Provide guidance to Delivery Technical Leads and product teams on complex engineering issues.
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps aligned with leadership priorities.
• Apply systems engineering and SDLC principles across lifecycle stages from requirements to deployment.
• Evaluate technical approaches, estimates, and resource needs for feasibility and readiness.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and architectural conflicts across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, engineers, and SMEs to clarify mission needs.
• Ensure adherence to governance, standards, and development processes; drive corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate planning and execution across products when changes span multiple systems.
• Monitor contract deliverables and identify risks with actionable recommendations.
• Mentor DTLs to strengthen systems-level perspective and lifecycle guidance.
