Job summary

PNC is seeking an Organizational Change Consultant to join the HR Strategy Delivery and Risk organization. Based in one of several supported locations, you will lead enterprise-scale change initiatives and ensure delivery on scope, schedule and quality.

You will partner with stakeholders across HR and business units to translate strategic decisions into people, process, and behavior changes, driving adoption and sustained value for the organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on change management experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Led a change workstream or project and owned outcomes.
• Experience in complex, enterprise-impacting initiatives such as acquisitions, vendor transitions, or international expansion.

Responsibilities

• Determine change issues, deliverables, and manage resources.
• Develop change work, plans, schedules, and conduct project meetings.
• Lead the workstream-level change effort including readiness and adoption.
• Monitor progress, address resistance, and resolve stakeholder issues.
• Prepare RFPs and SLAs and manage client expectations.
