Job summary

PNC is seeking an Organizational Change Consultant to lead end-to-end change efforts within HR modernization and enterprise initiatives. The role spans planning, execution, and governance across multiple business units, driving readiness and adoption while ensuring project commitments are met.

The candidate will own change workstreams, manage scope, resources, schedules, and budgets, and collaborate with senior leaders to translate strategy into practical outcomes for staff and operations.

Qualifications

• Direct hands-on change management experience, owning change work end-to-end.
• Led a change workstream or project and owned outcomes.
• Experience with large, enterprise-wide transformations and complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, execution and control of Organizational Change (Org Chg) projects.
• Define and manage resource needs, allocations and delivery plans.
• Conduct project meetings, tracking, analysis, and management of Org Chg workstreams.
• Monitor progress, address issues, and ensure client satisfaction and contract adherence.
