Job summary

PNC seeks a Technical Risk Lead to strengthen technology risk and change management across multiple business lines. Based in Pittsburgh, Dallas, Phoenix, Strongsville, or Denver, this senior role will mentor technology teams and drive adherence to policies and controls.

The role requires hands-on ITSM, risk assessment, and change-control experience, with certifications in ITIL, cyber security, or related fields.

Qualifications

Experience with Technology Change Management policies, procedures, processes, and controls.
Experience with multiple disciplines of IT Service Management (ITSM) and the interdependencies of Change, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
Experience with Technology Processes, Risks, and Controls.
Not required, but preferred, an ideal candidate would have extensive experience with the Change module of ServiceNow and certifications in ITIL, Tech Risk (ISACA), Cyber Security, AI.

Responsibilities

Establishes Line of Business risk management strategy and oversees the execution of the risk management programs.
Ensures risk management strategies and programs are established, maintained and enhanced to support the businesses.
Oversees the timely and proper execution of the risk management program within and/or across the lines of business.
Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners; monitors changes and identifies emerging risks.
Leads and engages cross functional teams and develops internal capabilities.
