Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Sales Manager – Oracle to drive growth across large enterprise accounts, owning end-to-end Oracle strategies and deal leadership. Remote role with travel to client sites as needed, and occasional on-site days if you live within 25 miles of a DXC office.

You will collaborate with DXC and Oracle executives to shape value‑driven proposals, manage multi‑year transformation pursuits, and guide cross‑functional teams to close high‑value services engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 7+ years enterprise technology sales with multi‑stakeholder deal ownership.
• Proven Oracle-based solutions sales including SaaS, OCI, or modernization.
• Demonstrated success leading executive‑level, outcome‑driven sales cycles.
• Ability to guide cross‑functional teams and align on complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own sales execution for Oracle offerings across strategic accounts.
• Drive end-to-end sales strategy from discovery to deal close and delivery handoff.
• Build and govern a high‑quality enterprise pipeline with CRM discipline.
• Lead executive discovery sessions translating Oracle use cases into business outcomes.
• Partner with Oracle and DXC leadership on joint account planning and go‑to‑market.
• Orchestrate large cross‑functional deal teams including presales and delivery.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with C‑suite and senior stakeholders.
• Provide deal leadership and mentor junior sellers.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and proactive risk mitigation.
• Quota: own and deliver against an annual $15M–$30M+ target.
