Job summary

DXC Technology Company is seeking a Sales Professional – GrowthX Deal Leader to originate, shape, and close enterprise integration and modernization opportunities in the financial services sector. This remote role requires coordinating across sales, presales, delivery, and partners to convert pipeline into revenue.

You will manage deal strategy, executive engagement, and cross-functional team alignment, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Proven track record of originating and closing complex deals, typically $5M or greater.
• Experience selling integration, API, automation, or cloud‑based solutions.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C‑suite and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross‑functional deal teams across sales, presales, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop new business opportunities within target financial services accounts.
• Open new client relationships and generate a pipeline from scratch.
• Lead end‑to‑end deal execution from initial engagement through close.
• Own deal strategy, stakeholder alignment, and overall pursuit execution.
• Partner with account teams to expand footprint where applicable, while prioritizing net new growth.
• Engage senior client stakeholders to align solutions to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery, and partners to develop competitive solutions.
• Support pricing strategy, commercial structuring, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
