Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations or related fields.
• Experience interpreting operational data, identifying trends, and recommending actions.
• Strong relationship-building with cross-functional partners.
• Investigate, trend analysis, and root-cause analysis to identify issues and support action.
• Manage complex escalations with coordination, communication, and resolution tracking.
• Analyze data and reporting to identify trends, risks, and areas needing attention.
• Translate research into concise findings and actionable recommendations.
• Support process improvements and operational change initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities with SLAs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using subject matter expertise.
• Manages projects and directs activities of a team on special initiatives.
• Advises as a technical expert, providing guidance and training to employees and partners on new initiatives.
