Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Design, or Shared Services Design.
• 3+ years of client relationship management and storytelling.
• Data analysis & insights generation experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions, their value, and the roadmap to deliver change.
• Design future-proof operating models embracing the future of work and new skills.
• Build organizations top-down and bottom-up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Lead teams in driving insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools.
• Travel as required, 80% - 100%.
