You will shape future-ready operating models, manage large client engagements, and mentor teams while traveling 80–100% to client sites across industries.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in strategy/design, with strong data analysis and storytelling abilities, and a proven consulting background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Design, or Shared Services Design.
• Strong communication and people skills essential for leadership and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions and the roadmap to deliver and sustain change.
• Design future-proof, agile enterprise operating models embracing new skills.
• Build organizations top-down and bottom-up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Architect total enterprise transformations across strategy, design, activation and optimization.
• Lead teams to drive insights using data models and visualization tools.
• Travel as required, 80%–100%.
