Job summary

Travel 80-100% may be required. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 12+ years in organization strategy, operating model design, shared services, and client relationship management, plus 5+ years consulting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 12+ years in Organization Strategy & Design or related fields.
• 5+ years of consulting experience; experience spanning strategy, operating models, and design.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions, quantify value, and chart a change roadmap.
• Design future-proof, agile operating models embracing the future of work.
• Build organizations top-down and bottom-up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Innovate shared service/global business services methods as a key enabler of new operating models.
• Architect total enterprise transformations from strategy to activation and optimization.
