Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years in organization strategy & design, operating model design, or related fields.
• 5+ years of consulting experience.
• Experience in client relationship building and management.
• Strong data analysis and insights generation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions and the roadmap to deliver change.
• Design future-proof enterprise operating models that enable new skills.
• Lead large transformation programs end-to-end from strategy to activation.
• Build organizations from top-down and bottom-up using leading methodologies.
• Develop relationships with clients as a trusted advisor and influencer.
• Mentor junior team members and foster inclusive, diverse teams.
• Travel as required (80%–100%).
