Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Strategy & Design, Shared Services Strategy & Design, Client Relationship Building and Management, Value Architecture & Realization, Storytelling, Data analysis & insights generation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions and their value, and the roadmap to deliver and sustain change.
• Design future-proof, agile, and resilient enterprise operating models.
• Build organizations top-down and bottom-up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Innovate and architect total enterprise transformations from strategy to activation to optimization.
• Lead teams driving insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools.
• Develop relationships with clients as a trusted expert and influencer with a long-term mindset.
• Travel as required, 80% - 100%.
