Responsibilities

• Design, transform, and lead Ashley's enterprise onboarding and new employee experience strategy.
• Create a best-in-class onboarding program that accelerates productivity, engagement, and retention.
• Own the full new-hire journey from pre-boarding to the first-year transition.
• Partner with executive leadership, HR, TA, Operations, and business units to drive measurable results.
• Post-implementation, expand to Leadership Development and Professional Development initiatives.
